Overview:

 

This is a Single Layer Triple Chamber Laminator with buffer type.

The laminator is base on normal single layer with triple chamber laminator, for shorten the whole length, we design a buffer structure on the unloading table.

Main structure: loading table, two section hot pressing units (according to customer needs to choose heating mode), one cooling unit, buffer unloading table. Three sets pumps (according to user needs to choose Chinese pump or Germany pump). Two sets heating stations.

 

 

Effective laminating size:

 

Can be standard 2700*8700mm, 2700*11500mm, other size can be custom-made. (please contact with sales)

This type laminator has three heating chambers and two heating sections, each chamber has independent heating and vacuum system, suitable for mono/polycrystalline silicon and amorphous silicon module production. The cooling section can make modules being fast cooled down. Strong compatibility for module: Add one heat-laminating section to the original laminator, to separately control the temperature, vacuum and pressure of two sections, especially suitable to laminate double-glass and PVB modules.
